– Conditional Requirement: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same new condition as received, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing parts/items are not returnable or exchangeable.

3. Receive Instructions: If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it back to the address provided in your response email.
4. Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage in transit. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for approved returns due to manufacturer defects or proven delivery damage. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
– Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Please note that actual crediting to your account may take longer depending on your bank’s policies (up to 30 days in some cases).
